What is Reiki Energy Healing?
As a Reiki Master, I bring Reiki to each session as a supportive, healing energy for whatever process is taking place.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese practices that is a powerful form of energy healing. Everything is is energy at its fundamental level. The word Reiki means “Universal Life Force” and the Reiki practitioner works with that Life Force to encourage physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Through local or distant methods, the Reiki practitioner enhances the flow of energy, bringing the client into harmony with the Universal Force, which clears blockages and restores wholeness.
As we move through the Spiritual Direction process, you may or may not be aware of the Reiki energy supporting you on your journey. It works through you in such a way that you are better able to access the thoughts and emotions needed to let go and move forward. Moving to the healing table, you’ll be fully clothed. Relaxing on a comfortable table, I’ll guide you on a journey and bathe you in life-enriching energy and affirmation. You may feel warmth like a gentle fire filling your body as it clears and balances unwanted energies. You may drift in and out of sleep or a pleasant meditative state as the healing unfolds.
What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual Direction is a sacred practice of listening deeply and walking with individuals on their spiritual journey. Through this process, you open to deep introspection, discernment, and connection with the divine. It provides a safe space for exploring spirituality, meaning, and purpose, offering profound insights and clarity from a higher perspective while developing a deeper relationship with the Infinite/God/Essence.
Combining the gentle energy work of Reiki with the reflective guidance of Spiritual Direction creates a synergistic approach to holistic healing and spiritual growth. Together, they offer a unique pathway to healing and wholeness.

Prices per hour
Introductory Rate - $50
Regular Rate - $75
VIP Rate - $150 = 3 consecutive months
Intensive Rate - $200 = 4 consecutive weeks
